Resale Transaction
A general thorough inspection of a pre-existing home prior to closing.
Pre-Listing Inspection
A service for sellers of homes who want to know the general condition prior to the listing for sale.
New Home Construction Monitoring
A multi phase inspection for customers building new homes. Construction monitoring usually consists of 5 separate phases from pre-slab to final punch list. However, PHI offers this service a-la-carte to better fit the needs of our customers
New Home Pre-Closing Punch List
A final walk through where all of the construction finish details are scrutinized.
Multi-Point Insurance Inspection
For customers who wish to purchase an older home. These homes are typically older than 35 years and may be required by the insurance company for underwriting purposes.
Investment Evaluation Inspection
For investors who want a general opinion of the condition of a home for investment purposes. To keep the costs low, these inspections are verbal only and do not include the evaluation of cosmetic issues.
Maintenance Inspections
Corrective measure inspections to avoid the deterioration and/or merchantability of a property.
WDO Inspection Report
A wood destroying organism (WDO) inspection which concentrates on wood decay, termites and wood boring beetles. This inspection report is provided in conjunction with a standard home inspection. WDO inspections may be required by your lender and used for underwriting purposes. All WDO inspections are performed by A/7 employee's.
